Celebrate the holidays and step back in time as you experience Fort Osage by candlelight. Hear concerns of the coming war of 1812 from military officers, listen in on private conversations of those working in the trade factory, glimpse inside the soldiers’ barracks to hear how they braced for the coming winter, then join us inside of the warm Fort Osage Education Center for caroling, crafts, piping hot holiday beverages, shopping for unique holiday gifts in our gift store and an appearance from Santa!
