Come to Fort Osage to take part in a variety of family-friendly activities and crafts that will teach visitors how the science of archaeology helps us to understand the past.  Learn about the prehistoric people of present-day Jackson County and try throwing an atlatl.  Bring your own archaeological artifacts to have them identified by trained professionals.
